It looks like Sony does make good decisions once in a while. I would think a change like that would have an impact on the number of 20gb models available at launch. Wouldn't they at least need a new case mold for the new connection? My guess would be they made the decision to include HDMI on all models right before they announced the changes to shipment numbers and the delay of release in europe, but that's just a guess.
