X360 Games

So, would anyone actually recommend getting Samurai Warriors 2 for the 360? Reviews I've read make it sound like the same game as the PS2 version, minus slowdown and dropout with much better textures.

 

N3 looks good, but it doesn't seem to have the variety of characters I'd like. From the demo I know its definitely a next-gen looking game. I don't really like the camera, though.

Samurai Warriors 2 is great, and if you have a 360 it is better to fork over the extra 10 bucks and pass over the PS2 version. The 360 version doesn't have the slow-down and glitchiness that the Dynasty Warriors series has, and there are some additional game modes. That annoying fog in the background isn't as bad either.

 

There is a version you can play online, though it isn't 2 player co-op. There is local 2 player co-op though. My girlfriend and I have almost unlocked all of the characters, there are 29 in all.

 

Other than this, the only other 360 games I have are NBA andNHL 2K7, which are also great if you like sports sims.

Guh. Only if you want to be mad ALL THE TIME. Don't get me wrong, i love the game, but i grabbed it as my first 360 title and a few days later i'm already on the prowl for something else to play while my zombie-induced rage cools down. If you've already got a few other things to play though...yeah, Dead Rising is good.

Actually, Dead Rising is MUCH easier if you level up to 50 and obtain the Mega Man Gun.

Yeah you just need to keep leveling up. I had very high expectations for this game, but the difficulty ruined it as well as those annoying ass missions that you have to do. A free roam mode that doesn't keep lowering your health would have fixed this for me. I just want to kill zombies, not answer the janitor every thirty seconds in the middle of a boss fight. Condemned is surprisingly great. Its not as hard as I thought once you got the hang of blocking just right. If you like a good scare, you should pick up Condemned.
