Big ace in the hole for Sony, and one of the big reasons I want a PS3 over its competitors. The import market is huge even for consoles that are really difficult to mod. Movies are no big deal because region free DVD players are a dime a dozen, and the Blu-Ray regions aren't quite as ridiculous (Japan and the US are both in region 1, for example).
