I posted my more recent pickups over the last few months in my little Atari Blog Project thread: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/191496-my-atari-blog-the-adventures-of-a-new-usercollector/?do=findComment&comment=2977035

And I have a couple more bids outstanding too. I have to give Adventure Creator another cleaning though. Isn't working in my 130xe and I hope it isn't a bad cart or one of those titles that just doesn't work in the XL/XE series.

(Bad enough GORF does it. The one game my 5200 can actually PLAY since it doesnt use those controller start buttons is the game my 130 won't.)

Recently got this lot for $86.

All equipment including cartridges are in good working condition except one 130XE which needs new RAM.

Equipment comes from a Cable TV company and were actually used in running their business (1991), they were shelved since the company switched using never equipment.

That... is... awesome!!! :)

Yeah, especially considering that the carts are quite rare. These are the first rare cartridges I've got my hands on since I started collecting A8 hardware. There is one piece in the lot I couldn't quite understand what it was used for. It is a wireless receiver (the piece with the antenna) and the only info I can find about it is just that. Seen one sold on eBay in the past but the listing had no other info about the device. Google search turns out almost nothing other than it's a GENERAL INSTRUMENT made wireless receiver device. GI was a cable TV equipment manufacturer, but has been dissolved long time ago, so there is no chance of finding more info from them either.

If you can get a peek at the crystal oscillator inside the wireless unit, the frequency at which it operates might give you some info about what it was used for...

Ahhh, didn't know that. I still need to buy a catalogue...

$36 is about what I paid for it, including shipping. It works okay :)

I was looking for an XC11 at the time when he told me about the XC12's. He doesn't carry XC11's. I'd still like to get one sometime.

The first thing i actually tried to do was just that.... opening it and take a look inside, unfortunately it looks like the enclosure will be permanently damaged if i tried to pry it open, no screws just a snap on cover which is dificult to open, but I will try again later

Picked these up for $85 plus shipping. The seller was nice and allowed me to ditch the 600xl (since I already have a few), and just get the carts. They all work, and the gem Boulder Dash is near mint. Great carts!
