DigitalDaredevil
Makes me want to cry everytime I think about the stuff I should have kept, the boxes, the documentation, my Atari Age magazines. I found myself going back to my roots and falling back in love with my 8-bit stuff. I tell kids all the time to save their boxes, take care of their stuff, as one day it may be worth more to them or someone else.
Ross PK
My mum threw all the boxes for my 800XL, 1010 data recorder and 1050 drive out. They were all still like new. Edited January 31, 2007 by Ross PK
Urchlay
My mum threw all the boxes for my 800XL, 1010 data recorder and 1050 drive out. They were all still like new. I found the boxes for my Atari 400 and 1050 drive in the attic at the parents' house, but I left them there for now (no room in the car for them, I was already loading up with actual computers, drives, disks, books)... The boxes are all covered in dust, but seem to be in OK shape. Sadly, I don't even have the 400 any more. I have the box my 1200XL came in, but I bought it used, and the box was torn up (one end missing entirely). The foam inserts are still useful though, I shipped it to Steve Tucker in them (and he shipped it back all shiny and upgraded).
PacMan
I just recently received a 1200XL in excellent condition. It wasn't boxed but the unit was just in a fantastic condition. It still had the protective soft plastic attached to the alu buttons. No yellowing at all.
Ross PK
I will buy the boxes and manuals one day. Love your avatar by the way PacMan, it'd be cool if there was a Pacman game that actually looked like that. Ross PK
Ohhhh, I've got my eye on quite a few items now. But I'm not going to say what they are though until I buy them, wouldn't want any of you dudes to snipe me now would I? calfranklin
Just landed a 1050 disk drive in original box for $10.46! I already own several of these 8-bit drives, but had lost the box years ago. I bought this primarily for the box!

Velcro_SP
I got Dandy Dungeon. A few weeks ago I had purchased Ken Siders' Beef Drop, available on this website.
Beetle
My last buy was a dirty but functional 600XL. I had to replace the ESC key. And i did the 64k mod one day after i got the 600XL. I still wait for some new ink ribbons for my old 9-pin printer (a Panasonic KX-P1080 i got in 1986). It worked good with Printshop (and others). I connected it over the "1050 Turbo" printer cable (this floppy speeder had an Atari 850 printer port emulation, too). Now, where to get some endless paper these days? Pengwin
Finally got another copy of Star Raiders (how can I possibly call myself an Atarian without one?) and an Atari Logo cartridge. Now to teach my 4 year old how to program
