New pcb for 800XL? It exist.
While browsing the web, I found this picture:
It looks like someone is working on remake of full size 800XL motherboard.

And to add to what I wrote...
The PBI should be fully buffered which takes 3 chips to do. Because a non-buffered system bus heading out to the outside world is quite ridiculous and just plain poor engineering. All to save about $2 ? .
