HP 65

In 1976 I read a Scientific American article about how calculators work. It sparked my lifelong interest in small computers and electronics. It also planted a desire to own an HP programmable. I could not afford one and so set my sights on a TI.

In 2010 I bought a broken HP 65 off eBay (I still can't afford a working one). I have not been able yet to fix it, but I can run this cool emulator:
