PicoGUS (sort of)

deepthaw

Not a classic controller, but in addition to emulating a number of vintage sound cards, the PicoGUS ISA card allows you to use USB controllers on vintage PCs as if they were gameport joysticks. Pictured is my 486DX4 using a modern 8bitdo (upgraded with Sanwa parts) arcade stick to play Slordax, a 1991 vertical shooter for MS-DOS from the team that would go on to found id Software of Doom fame. #retrocomputing #retrogaming
