Asteroids

I had this one done a couple of years ago, but forgot to upload it. I wanted to devote as much of the screen area to the playfield as possible, so I kept things sparse and simple. It was just a question of finding the right backdrop image to give that little something of immersion, and choosing the right swatch of the cover art image. I love how it came out. Odd how that reddish brown ends up working well with the deep blues. My favorite settings are Game 12, Difficulty A. That way the rocks sometimes go diagonally and the shield is the special ability.
