Dodge `Em

RJP1138

This is my take on interpreting the box art of Dodge `Em, for purposes of enhancing the overall experience of playing this game on the MESS emulator. The faint threshold lines illustrate how poorly mapped the simulated gaps in the walls are placed and sized in comparison to the walls as they are drawn on the playfield. Of course, those original walls are obscured in this artwork by the haybales. As you can see, basically any attempt to change lanes without pre-empting the gaps is futile. At least now with those threshold lines, I have a prayer of navigating out of the center at high speed, even with multiple enemy cars in pursuit. Cue the nickelodeon ragtime!
