Ross PK Posted February 9, 2007 Share Posted February 9, 2007 (edited) I've just been looking at my Freaky Factory tape, which was made by a small software company in my home town, they have the official Atari logo on the front and I've never seen this on a 3rd party game. Would they have had to have got permission from Atari to do this or what? Would they have had to have paid royalties? Or have they pulled a fast one?
