Here's some more screens of Going Over Niagra Falls In a Cardboard Box, what the heck, here's the lates binary and .bas files. A note about the files, when you die (hit a rock), it repeats the death noise twice, but you don't lose a life. Every time I hear Niagra Falls mentioned, I always have to think "Slowly I turn, step by step, inch by inch..." (It's a 3 Stooges thing.)
