HammR25
So there were only two games made that support 4 players or am I missing something? The only ones I can find that support 4 players are: Super Breakout Beamrider That seems pretty pathetic. You'd think Atari would have made more than 1 game that supported 4 players. Atari5200
Is M.U.L.E. 4 player?? If so you can add it to your list though not an official 5200 release.

tjb
How about Asteroids? The 8-bit computer version supports 4 players so I would think the 5200 version would as well? tjb

+Mitch
And, is Beamrider really 4 player? Never noticed... Sort of, from what I remember it only uses two controllers trading off. Mitch
Video
It's homebrew, but Combat 2 is also four playered. That's all I can think of for simultanious play games though, but some of the games work four player non simult like Pac-man I believe is. S1500
For a hardware vendor that made 4-port computers and video game systems, there sure seems to be quite a bit of 4-player simultaneous titles lacking.

What about the XBOX there's another big ass system with four controller ports that were never utilized.
Chris-in-NJ
Beamrider supports up to three players.

HammR25
I can think of several fighting games as well for the Xbox (Shrek, some super hero game....etc). My brother buys them for his kids because everyone can play together. Edited May 30, 2007 by HammR25
