Even if you eliminate this creep, you will still encounter thousands more like him. However, given all that Tim Atwood has been through by the likes of NESDESTROYER and the accusatory comments made by the evil one, it is my belief that he should be given the chance to clear up any misconceptions that Atariage members may have regarding Atwood and his physical condition. Perhaps he is not paralyzed and maybe there is the chance that he actually is. We will not know for sure until he gives us the true facts. The eBay ad says one thing but the opposite may be true. KA While the immediate issue may or may not be Atwood's apparent physical state I am certain that others on the forum are wondering the same thing: Is he or is he not paralyzed? If you were in Atwood's situation and had accusatory comments about your physical condition posted it is certain that you'd like to have an opportunity to clarify whether the comments were fact or fiction. Was Atwood the unfortunate victim of eBAY fraud? The answer is yes. Was he the victim of character defamation? Again the answer is yes. But while the eBay fraud is more difficult to resolve, Atwood at least has a chance to clarify his physical state to those who are wondering. An intelligent guy I am indeed. Whether or not I am hated here, as you so eloquently say is not a concern of mine. My main concern is to ensure that Tim Atwood is given the opportunity to prove himself to us. Likely his condition is too complicated to go into anyway. It seems that you are focusing on his condition more than the fact that someone has been abusing him on ebay. I feel Tim has been honest about everything, he has no reason not to be. You are implying that his refusal to discuss a possible condition of his, makes him not trustworthy. I do not agree with this line of thinking. When the time is right, and people like you don't continue to hound him about something that is probably an intensely sensitive topic, maybe he will tell us.
