I'm looking for 'winning strategies' for the game 'Cubico'

As the subject thread say's, looking for some titbits on completing these damned good game by fellow AA member 'Fandal'

 

in the 100's of times i've played it, I've only managed to complete it 3 times

 

Whilst i realise that you can't complete the game every time (due to the ramdomness built into the game) there must be a way of completing the game more times then i already have

 

Well done anyway on a good game...how's about a follow up FANDAL
