Jacob
Had to sell a lot of game stuff a while back. Included was my prized 5200 stuff. Well on a local trip to savers (rarely do they ever have any game stuff) I found the following: 1 two port unit cosmetically ok, all parts intact (even the pink plastic over the metal. with power supply - $6.99 no 5200 controllers (but i have a spare), but wait, it gets better..... 1 WICO controller , little dirty, but pretty solid - $2.99 (oh & yes, the y cable was attached to it.) was only able to find 1 game though - Congo Bongo - $2.99 prretty good start though Edited August 4, 2007 by Jacob

I hope the Wico works. Well, and the console, too. What kind of a place is Savers? Don't have 'em in my area. I can't even think of any store that would have any Atari stuff. BigO
Savers is, in my estimation anyway, a relatively high end thrift store. I assume they have them in other states too, but there are quite a few here in Arizona.
NightSprinter
Wow, didn't know Savers existed outside of FL. I managed to find some R3 and R4 Coleco carts at the one in Ocoee a few weeks ago. I also snagged a loose Wico 5200 stick. It works for a while, but for some odd reason after maybe seven minutes into a game it refuses to go right anymore. Sucks when I'm playing a game like Space Dungeon and I can't continue playing because of that error.

BydoEmpire
Wow, great find with the Wico! I haven't noticed a Savers here in Orlando, but I'll have to keep my eyes open.
+Cafeman
Congo Bongo 5200 is a horrible translation of the coin-op. Garish colors, loose controls, only 2 levels. The 5200 deserved better.

Ah i see. I never played the arcade version. Wonder why people don't down the 2600 version of pac-man. It looks nothing like the arcade version or even the 5200.
