My first ebay selling problem ever!

Help me out here, i sold an Intellivision game nearly a month ago and listed it as 'untested' as that was genuinely the case, 3 and a half weeks later (after positive feedback had been left both ways) the buyer says they want a refund as it doesn't work!! I've told them politely to go away as the total value was less than £3 ($6), they've now said they are reporting me to ebay for my attitude!! Any ideas where i stand as it's more the principle of the thing than anything as i've always refunded for damaged or, more recently, a wrongly region coded DVD. Surely ebay won't chase me for the £3 will they, i hate people with bad attitudes as much as the next seller and have high 900 feedback and 99.6% positives.

Sounds like a case of Buyer's Guilt! If feedback was left by both parties , then obviously he was happy in the beginning to have left a good word.

Wouldn't worry about it. Feedback was left, he would have to pay to return it, which if anything like USA would be not worth it. As far as attitude, there are horrible attitude people all over ebay and trust me it doesn't matter to ebay. They just want the money.

Abso-Bleepin-loutley!

No worries. You stated it was untested in the auction and she chose to bid on the item. So, if it doesn't work that's HER problem, not yours. It's probably just dirty anyway or her deck is dirty, those old intellivision carts are hard to get working sometimes.
