RSS Bot
Happy Valentines Day! Yesterday, I went downtown and got me two records. The first one was Van Morrison's "Common One", one I have been looking for because it has two 15-minute songs on it ('Summertime In England', and 'When Heart Is Open'). I like 'Summertime In England' better because it actually has drumming on it. This is my first Van Morrison recording I own. The second one was Vanilla Fudge's "Near the Beginning", another one I have been looking for mainly because of side 2's 'Break Song' which clocks in at over 23 minutes. I have a studio version of 'Break Song' on a Vanilla Fudge CD I bought earlier ('Rock and Roll'), but it's only just shy of 20 minutes (19:57) I also have Renaissance and their self-titled debut album on vinyl. I'm still looking for Yes's "Relayer", Procol Harum's "Shine On Brightly", a few Van Der Graaf Generator albums, Salem Hill's "Mimi's Magic Moment", and just about anything from Tangerine Dream, but for the moment will take anything over 15 minutes long for my long song collection. http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?a...;showentry=4522
