The field effect around the enemies is awesome, and the AI should prove to be a welcome challenge. The only negative I see is that the player "leads" a little bit beyond where you are trying to go, ie. turning a corner and then ducking back to avoid a shot is tough, maybe b/c the chopper is harder to weild and larger than Pac Man. Robot is a super diversion from Malgai and Mrs. Pacman; looking forward to see how it develops! I froze one of the tanks in the upper-right corner, right where a new helicopter appears. I got killed and then, the program was stuck in an endless loop. A new helicopter appeared on top of the tank and then would instantly die, again and again. I hit reset to get out of it. If you do have such ambitions, good luck! But let me warn you that programming for the 2600 is very difficult. Might I suggest you try learning Basic first to get a handle on programming concepts... It will not count for the contest, but they'll have an extra page displaying the games that didn't get small enough. Now it has grown to about 3K, so way to large for the contest.
