Crossfire for the 2600?

I don't follow the PAL stuff but I didn't know this was released for the 2600. Is this really for the 2600 or is this for the 8 bit?

link shows 8 bit and there is no record under 2600.

2) Seems I can make out ROM CARTRIDGE on the circular silver label.
