toymailman
Gold and silver are in relatively short supply, and have industrial uses. The value of other commodities vs. gold and silver have remained relatively constant for the last 3000 years. This cannot be said about fiat currency, which continues to be diluted as the FED tries to spend its' way out of disaster. Yup, with the national debt at 9.4 trillion and 50 trillion in unfunded liabilities coming due in the next decade or so, the outlook is looking dismal at best. Even the unconstitutional FED with the magic of fractional reserve lending won't be able to spend their way out of that. I've been buying some gold and silver as well. They've had value for thousands of years and this seems like a good track record. Gold and silver are good bets for an economic depression. Food and ammo are for a total economic collapse. A.J. Franzman
I have 4 Atari Pong AC adapters New in the box, see picture. $5 each + shipping. I believe some Heavy Sixers also came with adapters like that... at least, a unit that I got at a swap meet had one. What electrical specs do yours have? A.J. Franzman
5.5 V 100 mA Hmm, it's not quite the same then -- I'm pretty sure mine had the usual 9 V 500 mA rating, or something close to it.
strattsp
There is actually a picture on the back of the box showing a Super Pong with a highlighted circle around the AC plug on the console. 5.5 V sounds odd though. Aren't the batteries 1.5 V ? how did they get to 5.5 ? Wow, this may bother me for days.
