Retrofan
I want to make a hack cart for my own but I don't know how to open an Atari cart (original Atari). There is one screw in the middle but when I remove it I can't open. I need an explanation or a picture of an open cart.
mimo
Destroy lable on top of cart, there are now 6 plastic tabs between you and success. Make sure you have the cart label side up, now squeeze either side of the carts open end (lots of pressure) whilst also levering the bottom half of the case down. Takes some practice, but fairly easy when you have done a couple. be sure to remember how it all goes back together if yo want to re-use the cart door

shadow460
No need to destroy the label. A hair dryer will take it off, well, that is unless it's Crystal Castles 'cause that's a silver label. There are others that come off easily, and if you're not going to re use them on the carts, they might make excellent bumper stickers! Example: 51 blackjack Atari HIT ME!!
