Specifically I'm looking for the manual for Campaign '84 right now, any help appreciated. This site has a bunch of text manuals, but sadly no campaign '84. I think I have it at home I'll check after work and let ya know. http://home.comcast.net/~mycoleco/manuals.htm

doubledown
Now if there was only a ColecoAge site to be able to host them all. Talk nicely to Albert I already have, he likes the idea, but doesn't have the time. If I knew crap about decent website design, I'd do it myself, but look how crappy and plain my own website is. I've currently got over 1040 pages of CV manuals scanned and since it's been a few years since I did those, I've probably got another 2-3 hundered pages to scan on top of those. Currently my laptop hard drive is the only host I have for them. Edited September 9, 2008 by doubledown
Trooper
Thanks a lot!! I'd be very interested in setting up a site to host those and any other cool Colecovisionmaterial you have lying around! I have shitloads of work to do in preparation for Retrogathering 2K8 here in Sweden but once that is done perhaps we could talk about this some more? user42
Funny the same question was asked here... http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?s...ovision+manuals ...but it seems no real answer. And there is alot of talk of a scanning project here in this thread... http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?s...14944&st=25 but I don't know if it is still happening. @doubledown Can I get copies of your scans? I am a big manual collector. (you can download my (almost) complete Atari2600 manual collection here http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?s...t&p=1579630 ) And yet, I have no CV manuals at all.... It would be awesome if you could get me started.
doubledown
Believe it or not Digital Press has a manuals section, I just found out myself. I frequent DP quite a bit, but never knew it was there. It's located on their main site, then down near the bottom on the left side bar is a "library" link. Click that then there are seperate links for manuals, books, ads, etc., and within those sections they're segregated by system when applicable. They have a decent amount of text CV manuals, and a couple of scanned versions, but I've been talking with Scott "Stonic" and I'm going to send him a CD loaded with what I have currently scanned for him to archive on their site. This way they'll be available to all you suckers who want to play a game, but don't have the manual.

user42
That is good news. You should let us know when your scans get posted.
doubledown
I'm out of town untill Friday and I'll be sending Scott the cd on Saturday or Monday. I assume he's going to convert them to PDF files like the other scanned manuals they have, so it may take some time to see them available for download. Fortunately for me I have the real-deals available at my fingertips!
doubledown
Here's the list of manuals that I'm sending to Scott to have archived on DP. There's a total of 1269 pages totaling 465 megabytes. I'm not sending any homebrew manuals because I figure if the authors want their work archived they can take care of it, its not my place. If anyone has any other manuals not listed below, scanned or able to be scanned, let me know and we can get them to Scott to possibly get a complete set archived. doubledown
That's weird because I know I have the Dukes of Hazzard manual. I remember I won it loose off of ebay, and I also remember at one point finding it and thinking why isn't it with my other CV manuals. I'll have to hunt it down. DannyB
Hi I am a newbie to this forum and just purchased a bunch of Colecovision games for me and the family. There are some AWESOME and fun games to play for that system. My question is when I purchased this package, none of the games came with game manuals. I seen this thread and got very excited! Is there a website I can download some manuals from or can I purchase them on a DVD from one of you who has a lot them? Please get back to me. It will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dan

He'll put them online Now, it's a question of time to have it all online It'll be a nice addition to the Colecovision Scene... never before seen actually
