+save2600
Your link is bad. ..Al Thanks Al, figured out what I was doing wrong. You know... used to be nice posting to a single newsgroup. Now we've got dozens of web based forums micromanaging these hobbies. And their formatting is almost always different between 'em. KLOV is prolly that LAST web based fanboy forum thingy I am NOT a part of yet! I'm quickly running out of brain cells trying to keep track of all these screen names and passwords! lol BTW: Glad to see the store is back up and running! Just need some *new* (if any) 2600 homebrews to make their way on it :-) Edited November 20, 2008 by save2600
djpubba
If you get your bin I'm going to become a TI/99 reseller (no offense). Good luck! That said, if you don't sell as a lot, will you take offers on your carts? You have some nice ones. =) Edited November 20, 2008 by djpubba

Speaking of good money for OLD systems... have you seen what Amiga stuff is selling for these days? I need to take out a second mortgage, just to get a 50mhz 060/PPC accelerator or a video card I will NOT be parting anything out - unless someone offers me stoooooopid money for something. Hard to put a price on this stuff when there is such nostalgic attachment associated. I tried though with my BIN price Edited November 21, 2008 by save2600
bjk7382
I am not a TI collector, but I do have one sitting around with tape drive and all. But it doesn't seem like a TI could go that high without the expansion module with some serious upgrades.
ClassicGMR
I remember when my father bought one new... back then it cost $1,000. He dropped about $4,000 into it. Used to have the full expansion box, 3 5.25" drives, the TI color monitor, printer, cartridge expander, speech module, modem(useless), 2 tape drives and printer. These days ... no way that a TI should be anywhere near original retail. I'm all for being nostalgic but I don't want to be so nostalgic as to pay the original MSRP. +remowilliams
You wouldn't get near that price if it was a Geneve 9640. And anyone who wants a PEB, can get one brand new for $75. Got a super TI99 setup here with about 70-80 carts, so I understand the nostalgia factor.

+save2600
http://cgi.ebay.com/Gigantic-TI-99-4A-lot-...A1%7C240%3A1318 Linky above Price reduced to $550. There are over 50 carts here kids and at least 4 of 'em are on the extremely rare side of the collectors scale. With everything else included (books, mags, hardware) - I would think this should be a great deal for someone looking to get an instant TI collection. If someone from AA buys this at the BIN price, I'll throw in the Wico Trackball I have listed separately.
