ebay feedback "kiting'

Well, I thought I knew my way around ebay, but got burned for $40.

Before suspending a member, we review the member's profile and take the

feedback into account. But we don't suspend members based on the

feedback score alone."

 

 

Look at these users, and tell me they weren't created for the sole purpose of generating fraudulent feedback. I mean, jeez, this guy isn't even trying to hide the fact

these are fraudulent; half of them registered for ebay on the exact same day! You can find dozens more in this user "lazy-juicy"s profile.

If 99% of the feedbacks are fraud, it's pretty easy to get to 99% + rating.
