Yeah it is I mean he does not mention a lot of great things about it but when I saw this for the first time it really made me laugh because it was like an exact recount of what I went through to get mine working I mean I love my 5200 and sing its praise but you have to admit he makes some true points here about the system and from what I get from this I bet he loves the system in one way or another Although I am not on a first name basis with him like you are But you are missing the point of this post you are supposed to post 5200 youtube clips or any other web video that features the 5200

+Cafeman
Being a big 5200 fan, I experimented with uploading videos of 5200 games begin played on Atari800win, but it never worked on my PC -- it ran in uploading mode for hours and I finally killed it. I'm running Windows 2000, maybe its too old. Or maybe the AVI that Atari800win created isn't recognized by youtube. I should try again on my laptop which is much newer... MrRetroGamer
These "How to Beat Home Video Games" are my favorite... Send me a PM if you are really interested in those videos, I converted the How to Beat Home Video Games VHS tapes to DVDs, and have sold sets to Atari Age members in the past. S1500
These "How to Beat Home Video Games" are my favorite... Send me a PM if you are really interested in those videos, I converted the How to Beat Home Video Games VHS tapes to DVDs, and have sold sets to Atari Age members in the past. I remember bittorrenting them for free, and having good luck with transfer rates. They were ultra-nostalgic.

BIGHMW
Can anyone find the 5200 commercial that aired during the 1982 World Series on NBC? It was the ad for the debut of the 5200. Thanks, and if anybody here taped any of the WS games and has that commercial on tape, please upload it and send the link here. Thanks, Ray Jackson AA user ID: BIGHMW Proud owner of a 5200 since I got one for my 17th birthday, May 19th, 1983 (serial # 141101, U.S.-made). Paranoid
I remember bittorrenting them for free, and having good luck with transfer rates. It's nice to know my hard work on that conversion was appreciated. Might not the implication be that someone else also converted the videos from VHS to digital, but released the files on Bittorrent rather than charging for them? It is always a bummer when you put a value on something someone else is going to give away for free. Just ask Netscape.
