RSS Bot
While browsing around the CDs at Borders, I run across the jazz section. I have a few CDs by jazz artists (including Davis) in my long song collection. But I see a CD i've never saw before: "A Tribute to Jack Johnson." It has two songs. One is almost 27 minutes and the other is over 25 minutes. Originally released in 1971, so they must have been two sides to one record. That puts me over 70 long songs (note that Thick As a Brick, A Passion Play and Tubular Bells count as two songs each because that's the way they were put on CD. I don't know why they couldn't have just combined them into one long track each.) The cost of the CD: $12. I don't know why it was so low. I'm really liking the first track on this one, it's more like rock & roll than jazz (at least the first ten minutes are.) My list is here, And I *still* can't find "Curtain Call" by the Damned. http://www.atariage.com/forums/index.php?a...;showentry=5825
