Gaming With Rogmeister - Baseball

I don't plan on buying many games anymore (I don't have a current system and I don't know that there are many games coming out on the PS2 that interest me) but I love baseball games and last week decided to get one of the new baseball games...another reason is I wonder if they'll be phasing out the PS2 soon so maybe it doesn't have many baseball titles in its future. I nearly considered getting Major League Baseball 2K9 but then I read that it was getting mixed reviews so instead I wound up getting MLB 09: The Show. I had bought the 08 version last year but never played it much, mostly due to the fact that shortly after I got that one, I got MLB Power Pros 2008 which I love. I don't know if we're going to get another edition of MLB Power Pros this year but if we do, I imagine it won't be until well into the season...perhaps July or later. So I have plenty of time to enjoy this game. So far I'm enjoying it though it's not the easiest game. I lost my first 4 games before I finally won one, beating the Astros 6-3. I don't mind that, though...while winning at MLB Power Pros all the time (or at least most of the time) is fun, I also appreciate a game that is more of a challenge. And I think this game is that.
