I don't think Mexico. I have a boxed NTSC one myself. The PCB is quite efficient. They saved design costs by making the same board for PAL and NTSC consoles. Areas are marked on the silk screen of where to add components to make it a PAL system or a NTSC system. Nice score Jah! Did you also get the user manual with it? Mine has a nice little picture of the older style label for T-Case Time Warp. I did know if the Time Warp actually existed until Stab and Dino acquired some of them.
