5200 cart seating issue with console, help please

Please Help

My 5200 2 Port is having this problem

where the cart doesn't always want to stay seated in position and it pops up on its own.

Some games fit snugly and nice and some just wont sit well and the problem has been getting worse and worse.

Some game carts wont stay down at all now and it doesn't appear to be anything wrong with the cart slot itself nor the carts.

 

Anyone ever experience anything like this

and/or does anyone have any idea what is wrong here and how to possibly fix it?

sorry i cant say ive ever had that happen to me was the machine recently took apart and maybe the top not screwed down or seated properly
