Mr Ed
Ok, I've searched the faqs and even viewed the schematics.... Just took apart my recently acquired from eBay but not fully working 7800 for some cleaning. I know the two "flat" pots on the motherboard are for color for 7800 and 2600 modes. I know the pot inside the RF box is for adjusting the channel tuning. But what is the large/tall orange pot on the motherboard for?

Regardless, it is for tuning the sound frequency and you shouldn't ever need to touch it. Mitch
