A couple of dodgy eBay listings

OK, so this guy probably won't get a sale, but still I think it's pretty bad form just making a PDF or downloading an existing one that's "freely" available, burning a CD then selling it as if you actually had some sort of right to.

I've reported him. I think it's fair enough if people want to profit from buying/selling retro gear, but when it comes to making compilations or format-shifting documents or software that they have no rights over, and didn't pay anything for in the first place, then something should be done.
