Zwackery Posted October 2, 2009 Share Posted October 2, 2009 Yes, both "Promotional Use Only" and "Factory Reconditioned" are legitimate Atari-produced boxes. The former was sent out to stores and other places as, well, promotional items, so that the stores could set up a display or a radio station could offer one up as a contest prize.
