Putting code from the code snippets together?

Recommended Posts

I'm having trouble piecing code from the code snippets together. For example:

Move a sprite and firing a missile.

Also how do you use the sprite editor and playfield editor in visual bB to actually make sprites and playfields for the game. Do you have to call apon them using some form of code or what? Also how do you animate a sprite in visual bB?

Thanks!

Have you looked at these:

Just drag and drop them into your code. Can't get much easier than that:

Thanks for those links, Still trying to find out how to piece together the code snippets.

Check that you are not using the same variables twice (repeated from first snippet) then change the duplicates in the second snippet to unused variables. Hope that's some help.
