endrien
I'm having trouble piecing code from the code snippets together. For example: Move a sprite and firing a missile. Also how do you use the sprite editor and playfield editor in visual bB to actually make sprites and playfields for the game. Do you have to call apon them using some form of code or what? Also how do you animate a sprite in visual bB? Thanks!

Have you looked at these: http://www.randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-vbb.html#spriteed http://www.randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-vbb.html#playfielded Do you have to call upon them using some form of code or what? Just drag and drop them into your code. Can't get much easier than that: http://www.randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-vbb.html#spritedraganddrop http://www.randomterrain.com/atari-2600-memories-batari-basic-vbb.html#playfielddraganddrop Also how do you animate a sprite in visual bB? rpgfaker
Thanks for those links, Still trying to find out how to piece together the code snippets. Check that you are not using the same variables twice (repeated from first snippet) then change the duplicates in the second snippet to unused variables. Hope that's some help. MausGames
It's most likely what Rpgfaker is saying. By the time you know the language well enough to be able to drag and drop code without creating issues, you won't have to and probably won't want to.
