The second attachment is

 

256 byte pattern. Same mode, palette entries are 0, 16+9, 32, 64

 

 

 

Third attachment is

 

256 byte pattern. Same mode, palette entries are 0, 16, 32+12, 64

 

 

 

Fourth attachment is

 

256 byte patterns. Same mode, palette entries are 64, 16, 32, 0

 

 

 

Value start with 0 in upper left, counting up to 15 at lower left, 16 next column over, filling to 256 at lower right.

 

Byte values are the same in all screen shots. Just palette entry changes are done.
