SpendTooMuchOnAtari
Hello everyone, I have an auction that may be of interest to someone here and would like to ask a question as well. Are game boxes ever repairable in any way? If so, is it worth doing? I never gave this much thought and I have no clue if this is a crazy question. It certainly doesn't sound like it could be done to me but just thought I would ask you guys/gals. I have the auction up with a few pictures if you would like to have a look. I am also wondering if anyone knows how much this game normally goes for, I don't know much about INTV prices so was pondering a buy it now but didn't know a price. Then, I was going to start it high but that didn't sound right either. I'm hoping it does alright but I got lucky finding the big box that this was in so the thrill of the find is nearly as important to me in my life as the obvious money part and I am not being sarcastic, I really do feel that way. I also like when a game goes to a good home and someone is happy with it in their collection. eBay Auction -- Item Number: 230415663518
Ransom
If a box has a tear in it and the sides can be lined up so it looks good, I'll sometimes glue a strip of paper to the non-printed side of the box. I use a glue stick for adhesive. The result is usually pretty nice. Particularly for the late-Warner Atari boxes that tend to tear at the top as they're opened. SpendTooMuchOnAtari
Does anyone know a price point for Turbo in this condition? I know that I will find out in 4 or 5 days but I'm a bit impatient and curious what this game brings. Does the cartridge by itself normally do OK? SpendTooMuchOnAtari
in the past it sold for 60 to 100 range Wow, this is very good. Thanks for the info revolutionika and everyone! It's only at 10 bucks right now but it has quite a few watchers with many days left. Yep, I think I will be quite pleased at the end. udisi
The Poker Chips could be a personalized set. It's done pretty common. NFC could be the initials. Don't quote me on it, but they kinda look like a personalized set. Usually if they're from a Casino, they'd have a denomination on them somewhere.
