Nukey Shay Posted October 30, 2002 Share Posted October 30, 2002 Yes...you could also hook it to a VCR/TV's a/v input jacks (there is some debate over which would be a cleaner signal...but it should be much better than the standard arial cable). Like you've already heard, it can, via the monitor port and a cable. These 5-pin DIN to RCA cables can be found almost anywhere. But you could order one from Best Electronics, or win one on eBay. I found one at the local thrift store for $0.25 CAD. A nicer option with the 800, would be the monitor cable to a S-Video cable if your TV supports it. Bob Woolley advised recently on csa8 to put a 100 ohm resister on the LUMA line, though I've never had any problems with my TV without it.
