jerseystyle
Just ran across this site. Pretty neat! http://www.xs4all.nl/~pot/infocom/ I tried to play these but could not get them to start up- perhaps I am doing something wrong . . . did you get these to work on your browser? +save2600
Yes: Firefox, Camino and Safari all play the games. What are you using? IE? Couldn't tell 'ya if that works or not as there's been a voluntary M$ embargo in this household since the 90's
+cvga
IE works. Thanks for posting this link. It would be fun to get a group of "explorers" together to replay some of these games.

Mirage
Firefox 3.0.17 on Mac here, works fine. It takes 30 seconds or so to come up, then the black part of the screen will just have the prompt. Hit enter and you'll get "Beg your pardon?". I've known about this site for quite some time and have never had an issue with any browser or OS. Tom-Lynx
Works fine on Safari for Windows. This is great! I had many of these games as originals for the Apple II and it's bringing back memories quickly. Thank you for the link.
