Yes, Venezuela uses the NTSC standard. Although I have seen PAL stuff coming out of there from time to time, it seems to be that a lot of unsold stock was shipped there. That said, I wouldn't worry as the sellers from there with a lot of stock listed tend to know the importance of distinguishing NTSC from PAL.
