atari_envy
eBay Auction -- Item Number: 290407235748 My initial thought was, "Not a terrible BIN price considering the crazy prices Halloween has been fetching." I recently nabbed a cart on eBay for $103. Then I saw the infamous "You're hosed" face on the cart. I checked the description. No surprise there -- nothing mentioned about it being a reproduction. Somebody is going to drop a Ben Franklin and his friends Jackson and Lincoln for a repro......
Cebus Capucinis
This isn't Hozer himself though, right? This may just be some sucker who got duped and is trying to flip a repro he knows nothing about.

From their other auctions, it looks like this is a store that sells a number of video game stuff and they probaly have no real knowledge of what they are selling. They probaly got the game from someone, wasn't told it was a reproduction, and think it's real. Remember, I had never heard of Hozer before I came to these boards -- I'm not a collector and I'm not really into the business. There are probaly a lot of buyers and gamers who have never heard of Hozer. I'll send the seller a polite FYI to let him know it's a repro and see what happens. All I know is that I would be unhappy to discover I spent this much on a repro.

SoulBlazer
He pulled it. Yes he did, and you can thank me for that. As I said I would, I sent the seller a quick note last night. He responded this morning saying: Thank you for telling me this. I'll pull the auction. I'm a honest seller and don't want to cause any problems. See, not everyone on EBay is there to screw you over. atari_envy
Wow. I am really surprised. Well, good for him. But I will add, he didn't have to, all he needed to do is to add to the description that it is a reproduction from Hozer.
