I'd imagine BestElectronics would still have them. I just yanked one from a 400 of unknown condition when I needed one.

If I remember correctly, the Atari 8bits use the same connector as the C=64. It may be easier to find a cart connector for that (I think it was called "expansion" but mostly it was used for cart games)

The C64 cart connector is a bit wider than the A8 connector, so no.

looking for 4 or 5 o f them for now, one of the projects on my list of to do's will be using the atari cart connectors.

They're a standard format edge connector, but they're not in widespread use anymore. I picked up a few about a year or so ago from an electronics surplus outfit; if you're having no joy tracking some down PM me and I'll see how many I've still got kicking around.

I *think* this may be an in-stock DigiKey part that fits the bill:

I don't have the detailed specs for the cart port on hand, so verify first, but at $2.58/each (that's the $CAD price, USD is probably less) it looks like a good risk.
