Chandler Posted May 15, 2010 Share Posted May 15, 2010 hmmmm this is a difficult one me thinks i have an external SF 314 floppy drive which was a 720k double sided drive, (this particular model is the large centre button type drive) anyway the drive has died but looking at it it only has a single row of about 16 pins on the rear, not the usual 34 pin floppy drive connector this was normal on early ST's i believe as i've seen similar inside 360k single sided disk drive 520STFM's anyway how can i get around this drive issue? i can fit a new PC drive in the SF 314 case but how can i adapt/modify and work out! the interface prob?? any help apprecated on this i'm sure others have had the same problem at some stage Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
