I don't guess that anyone would happen to have or know where I might be able to find a Wico Y Cable for use with the Wico joystick and key pad for the 5200?

the wico keypad plugs into the 5200 and the joystick plugs into the wico keypad

if you have a wico joystick and need to plug it into the 5200 thats when you need the Y

they are not that difficult to build once you round up some plugs 1 9 pin male, 1 15 pin male , 1 15 pin female

i can walk you through building one there is no place that has piles of y cables the 5200 is kind of a limited market

So let me make sure I understand this.

If you have the Wico 5200 Joystick and the Wico 5200 keypad, the keyboard plugs into the 5200 and the joystick plugs into the keypad, so you don't have any real need for the "Y-cable"?

Yeah, that's correct. However, there are more Wico joysticks available out there (going by Ebay observations) than Wico keypads and usually sold separately so most people end up needing the Y cable.

Hey, maybe someone in Hong Kong will clone one as I see a lot of stuff being cloned and selling for pennies on Ebay.
