It was actually the Warlords "proto" not Castle Crisis. I believe you had to hit the number on the keypad that was one after the last number listed on the menu. I'll mash around for a bit. I had forgotten about this until I read he was offering some individual carts again. Already own Castle Crisis, so no biggie if that was it. Just a guess, but there's probably a few subtle differences such as the title being "Warlords" or something. Otherwise it seems a bit silly that it remain secret and/or hidden.
