Weird Problem With Tower Toppler

I just got tower Toppler today for the 7800, but I am having a weird problem when I try to play it. I get past the title screen, but but when I try to start a level, as soon as the submarine drop the frog-thing off, it immediately sends me to the next level, before I can even move. It keeps doing this in an indefinite loop, even after the end level. Is there any way to get this to stop?

Don't worry, you're not the first person to have been confused by that "hidden feature" in Tower Toppler. Someday I'd like to make a patched version of that game that disables it; it shouldn't be too hard to do.

Heck, I took mine back to Toy's R Us when I bought this as a kid.

When the second one I plugged in did the same thing, my parents said "read the manual-- we're not going back again".

Heh. Don't feel bad. I just bought that game... your question has reminded me that those switches are there too. If I hadn't read this--I might have bumped into the same problem. Thanks!
