+SpiceWare
Have you considered adding some reviews to the store? On each product's page is a review tab. At the bottom of that tab is a link to Add Your Review.

littleman jack
I think 7800 Beef Drop is the best. But I play the 800 version the most, because my 800 is set up the most often. Ken is a great programmer. I do hope he blesses the 800, 5200 and 7800 with more conversions. +SpiceWare
That's what I'm doing - Al's bringing me a copy if it (and all the other 7800 games) next weekend when he's in town for the Houston Arcade Expo.
bradjewell
Yeah, I'll have to pick up this as well. Looks like Ken did a great job on it. I found some video of gameplay of it without the pokey, are there any video or sound clips of what the version sounds like with the pokey sound? Thanks, Brad
7800Lover
Yep, I own a copy of the game too. Beef Drop is every bit as good a port as the original Burgertime.
thund3r
Played beef drop for the first time at Jagfest X and loved it! I'll definatly pick up a copy soon, but i have to sort out a working 7800 and finance the new expansion module first! The 7800 deserves far more homebrew games than the 2600, it needs to share some of the limelight from time to time, with all the homebrew that the 2600 gets here on atariage but i guess thats just down to a larger fanbase at the end of the day... And I believe the new ones without pokey are labeled "Beef Drop VE" on the cart.
+SpiceWare
The VE version doesn't have a pokey in the cartridge, but it still supports one if it finds it. Edited October 4, 2010 by SpiceWare
Jinks
The VE version doesn't have a pokey in the cartridge, but it still supports one if it finds it. So when I get my expansion module if I were to buy beef drop ve it would have pokey sound?
GroovyBee
I have tested the last public version of Beef Drop that Ken released in my expansion module aware emulator and it uses POKEY.

Played Stay Frosty for the first time. I absolutely love it. All the games are fantastic on the Stella's Stocking collection. Of course most everyone here already knows that. I have to say I was impressed with the quality of each game. My two favorites are Stay Frosty and Grandma's Revenge.
