I'm in the middle of reading yet another Jeremy Clarkson book. Again, it's very funny. He talks a lot of sense and tells it as he sees it. Unfortunately he can also slip in the odd pile of bollocks from time to time. I've often wanted to be the star in a reasonably priced car just so that I could turn the tables and grill him on some of the things he's said in his books.

 

One that sticks in the mind is in one of his earlier books. He's having a go at the Welsh and the Welsh language. 'Ooookay. Just let it ride...' He's saying that the Welsh language hasn't got enough vowels. My wife would agree. She can't pronounce any Welsh words properly, or even Welsh placenames (our youngest has been living here in the north just a year and already she can pronounce Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch (http://en.wikipedia....airpwllgwyngyll) pretty well.
