kruuth
Hi all, been lurking here a long time and was considering a little build project... as you all probably know, the competition pro stick worked great, but you had to use an original 5200 controller b/c of the start/pause/reset buttons and the keypad. I'd like to know, has anyone built up a box that plugs into the 5200's controller ports and has the s/p/r buttons and the numeric, and has ports for like a 2600 joystick? I was kicking around the idea of building something like this as a little project.

All someone would need to do is to wire in a VCS joystick port (not considering the changeover from digital to analog that would have to be addressed as well). Like you said, the A, B, and C buttons could function for start, pause, and reset.

I was thinking about adding that as well. Save a bit of trouble since you could use coleco, atari, sega, etc.
