PacManPlus
I'd like to find something like that for Windows - as I need something to create 320B mode sprites / character sets, but there is nothing as far as I know. Tile Molester doesn't have a setting for it (and believe me; I've tried every setting).
GroovyBee
Try asking for help in the ST/TT section on here or join www.atari-forum.com (which seems to be down at the moment) which is more ST/STe/TT/Falcon specific.

uglyclone
This thread caught my attention. I got the program off of Curt's site and put it on disk and spent a few moments tinkering around with it on my ST. I have no clue how to use it. There are a few hints in this thread but not much. I did notice when i hit backspace it mentions something about neochrome. I enjoy pushing pixels in Neochrome so i'm currently wondering if I can import that artwork into the animation tool software?
