My stupid litlle sister put the power suply into the earphone socket; DEAD. 2. This one a part of the screen is dead. I also tried it with another screen but the same problem occurs. Please help! +karri Posted December 11, 2002 Share Posted December 11, 2002 Hi, My 4-year old did the same thing. This resulted in the sound volume being cut to less than half of a new Lynx II. I assume that there is a transistor that is broken quite close to the earphone socket. It might eat all the power in your case and just work badly in my case. The problem is that there is no Lynx II schematics on the net.
